Disabled Stories Collective is a storytelling project that creates space for disabled people to share their lived experiences through story, poetry, music, and performance. Our events bring together community members, artists, advocates, and listeners for evenings of honest, funny, moving, and powerful storytelling.
We believe disability is part of human diversity. When disabled people tell their own stories, the result is connection, understanding, and a stronger community for everyone.
Our storytelling nights are open to all — disabled and non-disabled alike. Able-bodied people are encouraged to come listen, learn, and be part of the conversation.
